They are usually caused by some kind of suddenly activating agent (phobias, drugs, biological causes, etc..) Building in the affected state of anxiety and confusion almost instantaneous.<br />
We find three different types in this disease: </p>
<p>- Spontaneous: they appear without notice at any time of day, even overnight. This causes sufferers cannot rationalize or associated with any particular fear. </p>
<p>- Specific: As its name suggests is presented to specific localities and situations. Patients are aware of this, often become obsessed to avoid being exposed to these agents, which ends up deteriorating their quality of life. These symptoms disappear only when they feel comfortable and &#8216;safe&#8217;. </p>
<p>- Predisposed by situations: notice that those who suffer panic attacks more frequently in some situations, like walking into an elevator, but not always suffer. </p>
<p>The person who suffers it feels paralyzed and mind come thoughts of paranoia and danger. In addition to these symptoms, the body can also experience tachycardia, palpitations, sweating, chills, and internal heat or difficulty breathing. You may feel nausea, dizziness, chest pains, tingling and numbness. </p>

<p>It affects mostly:<br />
- 35% of women older than 50th. With menopause due to estrogen loss (40% of women will suffer a fracture, I think it is a devastating fact with great social and economic impacts).<br />
- Men aged 65-70th. Loss of testosterone (20% of the total cases of osteoporosis). </p>
<p>Currently estimated that 3 million people diagnosed with osteoporosis in Spain and it is estimated that in 20 years this figure will triple. </p>
<p><strong>We have</strong>:<br />
A) A primary osteoporosis due to age, from 30-35 years there is a decrease in bone mass is not known it is due.<br />
