Aerobic Exercise
Aerobic exercise is the type of exercise recommended for maintaining good physical condition and also to reduce toxins and body fat.
Basically it is considered that aerobic exercise is exercise that brings anyone to the lungs such as the fact walking (running fast), cycling, and all kinds of exercises that require a moderate intensity in order to increase heartbeat and these allow more air into the lungs.
For any optimal aerobic exercise and reap the benefits it can bring to our health, we must do the exercises on a regular, continuous and low intensity to the red blood cells to carry oxygen to the lungs to oxygenate the whole metabolism .
On the other hand, if the exercise is done is severe may increase the levels of lactic acid in the tissues and the exercise becomes anaerobic which the body works differently and the results vary considerably.
If done properly any aerobic exercise helps to improve the quality of life and that with the increase of oxygen in the blood improves the cardiovascular, respiratory and metabolic health and also improving the physical appearance and this type of aerobic exercise helps fully removing excess fat and toxins from the body.
