Anaerobic Exercise

Fitness ProgramUnlike aerobic exercise, anaerobic exercises are characterized by periods in which the high intensity and short duration cause lack of oxygen in the blood. Such exercises are intended to enhance the movements against resistance or muscle toning and strengthening muscle contraction which helps in bone mineralization.

Anaerobic exercises are divided into three groups depending on the effort made, these groups are:

EXERCISES PERFORMED WITH OWN BODY WEIGHT.

Given the basic biomechanical laws, exercises performed with body weight can stimulate body masses working elements such as strength, coordination, balance and respecting the domain Kinesthetic physical limitations and body of each individual.

EXERCISES PERFORMED WITH MACHINES OF GOD

Such exercises allow local and specifically working each body part as a unit, offering greater safety in performing each of them. Moreover, the exercises performed with strength machines do not consider the possible asymmetries between segments that can be performed during the conduct of such exercises and the balance is not optimized to fit the individual house-specific anthropometry.

EXERCISES PERFORMED WITH BARS AND FREE WEIGHTS

Even as the exercises less comfortable and less secure, they may be more practical as they stimulate coordination, balance, and to detect possible gaps or imbalances between the body segments. On the other hand, this type of exercise requires prior learning to be able to acquire the knowledge necessary to run the exercises safely.

Performing any type of anaerobic exercise requires a further work of stretching the muscles to improve joint mobility and muscle elasticity preventing the possible occurrence of annoying aches and contributing to the prevention of injuries.
