Do you Know What the Spring Fatigue
A month ago we changed the station and all we can perceive the changes that occur around us with the arrival of spring. It happens that for some people, these changes have more significance than others, because your body suffers, resulting in symptoms such as fatigue, irritability, poor appetite, difficulty sleeping, etc… This symptom is known as spring asthenia.
This is not a particularly serious condition (except for any inconvenience that these symptoms lead) and is referring to as our body is adapting to changing station and its consequences. However, if these symptoms persist over time is best to go to the doctor because they may be due to other causes.

The best way to prepare your body to not show these symptoms is to keep a healthy lifestyle and active, that is, anything we do not know: exercise in moderation, a healthy and balanced diet, drink plenty of water, avoid alcohol consumption and snuff, etc. It is also recommended intake of fruits in season, very useful to recover our vitality in these times that we are more decayed.
