Osteoporosis: The importance of Diet and Calcium

Calcium is the component needed for strong bones, their consumption is of utmost importance when it comes to curb osteoporosis. Calcium is found mainly in dairy products like yogurt or milk cows. The vegetables and some fruits may have something of that component, but never enough to compensate the natural loss of bone mass.
